It is 1978, Pasticceria Quadrifoglio is born as a small retail patisserie shop in Castelnuovo Rangone, Modena (Italy). From being a small reality, it defines its ethic and productive identity after the relocation in Piumazzo in 1985.

Despite the enlargement, PQ's working method does not overlook people, the beating heart of the production.

Year after year, the family becomes bigger by acquiring a new establishment in Campogalliano in 2005. The aim is to widen the selling area and the production capacity so that it can enter the world of dessert with fresh desserts, always keeping in mind its true principles.

Today, the feeling that is perceived when strolling around PQ's offices and laboratories is that people truly care about what they do as if it was their own. 

PQ is not just a station in the middle of the assembly line, but a place where people's experience is recognised and valued.

A new phase begins in 2023: a fresh, unique establishment is ready. At last, we will work all together.

"I am the Head of Reasearch and Developement. I have always been passionate about desserts, and thanks to PQ I had the possibility to turn my passion into my everyday job. Among the most experienced employees there are many young talets who want to improve, as well as discovering the 21th Century Dessert! Will you give us the inspiration?"	"I entered Pasticceria Quadrifoglio as an apprentice when I was 21, a phase in which the company was completely different. But PQ has always had the potential and I have always believed in it. It is great that PQ's family has believed in me too, they guided me step by step and we grew together. Today, I'm responsible for the patisserie production, and I manage all processes and people. We are messy, but we have fun and enthisiasm to share, and it is well rewarde. I am so in love with this company that I brought my father and my brother too. Am I crazy? I believe it!"

"I was 18 and I had no idea about what administration was supposed to be. I was asked "are you willing to learn and grow?", so I chose to give it a try, and that's how my stori in PQ begun. From small things and secondary tasks, to manging banks and the financial statements: there are few places where this could have happened! I have been experiencing many moments in the past 15 years, some of them difficult, and I have always acted as if it was my company. Actually, you end up feeling that PQ is partially yours when you work here, is it wrong perhaps? However, I always give things a try, I know that I have my collegues' full trust, this is fundamental!"	"I have always felt part of the family. Year after year, I have learnt so much, I have found motivation and a great consideraton. My long story here is projected towards the future. In fact, from being a truck driver I became Area Manager!"
