Today we suggest you a fast, fresh and tasty recipe perfect for a summer dinner with friends using Mia Pasticceria’s vanilla custard.

We start by beating the egg and the sugar, then we sift the flour, the starch and a teaspoon of yeast, when the egg becomes foamy mix the powders in a single compound.

Grease the tart moulds and pour in the mixture, filling it to the middle, and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Finally let cool everything and decorate with fresh seasonal fruits with the Mia Pasticceria custard cream.
