Today we show you five tips for an amazing dish!

1) USE YOUR IMAGINATION

To create a refined and innovative dish you must combine attractive shapes and colors according to the season and its combinations. For the summer, for example, the use of warm and engaging colors such as red, orange and yellow avoiding monochrome.

 

2) CREATE SIMPLE DECORATIONS

To obtain an attractive and good-looking desserts we  create harmony in the presentation trying to insert some specific decorative element such as a dusting of cocoa or a leaf of mint on top of a cream ice cream. Another trick is using seasonal fruit that gives flavor and color to each cake.

 

3) REDUCE THE PORTIONS

Reduce the portions to small amount that makes the dish more appetizing and elegant and that facilitates in the presentation of the dessert.

 

4) USE EDIBLE DECORAZOINS

To decorate your dessert it’s important that everything that will be presented on the plate is edible. Then go to the decorations with jellies, flowers and herbs.

 

5) ATTRACTIVE CONTAINERS

Dessert in jars is wonderful and make innovative any dessert. Also you can create the container for the presentation of the sweet that is edible, some examples can be chocolate cups, cups and spoons of biscuit, almond baskets or carved fruit.
